Productivity is something that everyone chases. We all want to be more efficient, productive, and streamlined with our work and life. After all, the more productive we are, the more we can get done in a day. Most productivity hacks can be done on your own. However, these are 5 productivity tools that have helped me level up my career and personal life.
Moft Phone Wallet
Every time I pull out this productivity tool, I get so many questions about it. The Moft phone wallet is amazing because this productivity props up your phone. You no longer need to hold your phone while on FaceTime or watching a YouTube video. The Moft phone wallet productivity tool lets you see your phone without needing your hands. Plus, you can fit two cards in the wallet. So I can always hop on a call and have a card with me.

Kindle Paperwhite
I used to be so against having a Kindle. I am a book lover and love reading physical novels. But, once I got the Kindle, I found myself reading books a lot faster. This productivity tool lets you highlight text and export your highlights so all the best parts are easy to refer to. Plus, it’s so light, making it easy to travel with. Since getting the Kindle, I have read more in my free time and on flights. Although it has a moderate price tag, I think you get your money’s worth after just a few books because each digital book is cheaper than its hard copy version. On prime day, the price usually drops.
Owala Water Bottle
I like to say I was one of the OG Owala users. I loved the water bottle before it became a trend. Drinking water honestly boosts my productivity because it energizes me, relieves headaches, and hydrates me so I can keep going. Once I got the Owala, I drank more water because of the sip function. Plus, it keeps your water cold for so long. So this productivity tool might be a bit of a cheat, but I do think it makes me more productive. And, the aesthetic puts me in a good mood! This is the only bottle I use for everyday life and travel.
Moft Laptop Stand
Just like the phone wallet, the Moft Laptop stand makes using dual screens so much easier. This productivity tool props up your laptop, at two different heights, so you can relieve stress on your wrists and eyesight. Plus, it’s paper thin which means it takes up zero space. I have had mine for years, and it works great. I love traveling with it as well because it’s so much easier to work and type when your laptop is propped up.

Logitech Mouse
The Logitech mouse was a gift, but it is a productivity tool that I love. The ergonomic design means my wrist doesn’t hurt during long days at the desk. Between work and content creation, I am at the computer for well over 12 hours, and this mouse makes life easier. The horizontal and vertical scrolls and many click features shave seconds off and task, which makes a difference in the long run.
Bonus: Notion
I love using a physical planner and notebook for basically everything. But Notion has made it so easy to organize ideas and in-progress projects. Notion is by far one of the best productivity tools to stay organized and on track, especially if you are trying to balance a side hustle and work like I am. The calendar, filter, and page features are the best I have used.
