I love tea, in particular, because it offers a ton of benefits and antioxidants. Do whatever feels right for you, just delay that first cup of caffeine to create a good morning routine.
Eat a Nutrient-Rich Breakfast
Aim for a balanced breakfast that includes protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Whether that is avocado toast, eggs, or something else, your body needs the nutrition after going without eating for so long.
