Productivity tools can help make everyday life way more efficient. This means you can get more done in a day, even when doing less work. In this blog post, I’ll round up the best productivity finds of the year. These productivity tools will make your day a little easier.
Logitech Mouse
A mouse only has the job to move your cursor around, or so you thought. This mouse is a productivity tool you didn’t know you needed. The design reduces stress on your hand and wrist so it doesn’t hurt from long work hours. The multiple scroll functions and soft clicks make work go by faster. If you are thinking about investing in your tech, this is a great productivity tool to look into.
Kindle Paperwhite
If you are a book lover you are probably initially against Kindles. I know I was. I much prefer to read a physical book. However, the Kindle has been a game-changer for a few reasons. It’s extremely lightweight and small which means your travel bag just got lighter. It also has an insane battery life so you can read throughout your entire trip without it dying on you.

Additionally, you get your return on investment quickly because Kindle books are usually cheaper than hardcopies, even paperbacks. Lastly, the adjustable backlight on this productivity tool makes it easy to read in the dark so you don’t need to get out of bed or disturb your in-flight neighbor.
Moft Phone Wallet
I am not one to purchase expensive phone cases, I like paying less than $10 for them. However, this Moft phone wallet is amazing. Not only does it easily hold two cards, but the magnetic grip is pretty strong. You won’t need to carry a wallet anymore since this easily fits a credit card and license (or your card of choosing).
If you video call a ton, or prefer to look straight rather than down, you’ll love this case. The stand holds your phone both vertically and horizontally which means you can be hands-free while on video call. This productivity tool makes working or cooking so much easier while still talking to loved ones. Plus, the stand allows you to look up and have notifications or a recipe at eye level rather than looking down all the time.

Forest App
This app is probably your best 99 cents well spent if you want a simple productivity tool. If you tend to doom scroll on your phone or get distracted by notifications, you need to try this app. It gamifies productivity so you can plant and grow various types of trees while deep focusing. If you exit out of the app and try to check your phone, the tree you are growing dies.
This app helps you stay away from your phone and allows you to work in blocks of time. I love the tree options which make it just a bit more fun. You can set timers from 10 minutes to 2 hours so it is very customizable to your task at hand.
Muji Pens
This is a bit random, but if you enjoy writing your thoughts or tasks in a physical notebook, you need to try the Muji Pens. They are inky, smooth, and unique, making them the perfect pen for writing. I kid you not—I have gone through well over 20 of these pens over the years. I never travel without at least two of them with me.
They are kept, small, and are just my absolute favorite pen. Does this count as a productivity tool?

Notion
As much as I love writing everything down, times are having a digital workspace can come in handy. I love Notion because it keeps my thoughts and ideas well organized.
If you are in the content creation space, enjoy digital journaling, or just like having to-do lists digitally, then you need to try out Notion. Everything related to my online content lives in Notion, and the AI and organization tools make this a must-have productivity tool.
Planner
Whether digital or physical, a planner is an absolutely necessary productivity tool. I love keeping a physical planner to jot down tasks and priorities. My digital planner, Google Calendar, houses my meetings and events that I need to attend.
You can even use an old notebook as a planner, but this is a productivity tool to start using if you haven’t already. Plus, it’s free!
